How the communities feature is designed
The menu in the App shows communities created by you. Below these, you will find communities which you are a member of.
Still further below, you can find communities – in the order of their inception- which you can all join.
ON+ communities will show the communities around you
Based on location tracking, people in your surroundings can find your communities and with your permission, can join them.
Similarly, wherever you travel (in the country), you will be able to find communities in the area with like-minded sport fanatics.
So how many members does your community have?
Everyone with a username is entitled to create a community. In the App, you can track how many members are part of your communities and you will also see how many members other groups have.
Onplusultra makes it easy to reach out to your community, simple share a post
ON+ allows you to send messages only to those who you intend to inform. Sharing a post to your community will stay in your community.
Events and communities: ON+ linking athletes together
The organizer of the communities can create events. This can be anything from an evening jog to a full-day hiking trip combined with other activities, or frankly, any kind of athletic program – from now on, you can simply reach out to your communities.
Members not only get the information, but can also track within the application how many participants have confirmed joining the events.
Search function and the ON+ communities
You can search events not only based on your location but also based on preference. if you find in your feed an event that interests you, request to join it. Once the owner approves, you will be able to see all the activities within the group.
